Unit 1001 at The Alexander is a PRESIDENTIAL ROYALE DIRECT OCEANFRONT APARTMENT – EXTREMELY LARGE OCEANFRONT BALCONY. Sleeps 5-6. Newly renovated October 2020. 900 sq. ft. living space with large 400 sq. ft. direct oceanfront balcony for a total 1300 sq. ft. Consists of Great Room with Dining Area and Full Kitchen. 3 bedrooms - King double (2 xl twins combined) in master bedroom with magnificent Ocean Views and private connecting bathroom, 2 single twins in guest bedroom and 1 full double in 3rd bedroom with Ocean Views.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean.
